Troubleshooting the ProductCart Integration

Activation

If you are unable to activate your ProductCart store to communicate with Subscription Bridge try the following steps:

  • Double check that your have typed your API Credential accurately and their are no spelling mistakes
  • Make sure your XML Parser is working, or try a different XML Parser

Linking Packages

ProductCart cannot find my Packages

If there are no available packages in the package drop down menu, then you should try the following:

  • Make sure that your package has descriptions saved. A package is not active until it is fully configured, and the descriptions are a required field.
