+When you setup your live store in SubscriptionBridge you will need to enter the following details.
+  * Username
+  * Password
+These are the same username and password you use to log into your Payment Gateway control panel.
+In addition, you need make a small change to the standard gateway fields.  This change will ensure your customer vault IDs are saved properly.  Please follow the steps below:
+  - Log into your payment gateway account at the URL specified in your welcome email
+  - Click "Options" on the left hand navigation menu (near the bottom of the page)
+  - Click "API Configuration" under the "Transaction Options" heading
+  - Select the second radio button next to "You may customize what variables are returned in your API responses below"
+  - In the "Available Fields" column find "Customer Vault ID" and click the "right arrow" to add it to the list of "Fields Returned".
+  - Click "Save"
+Congratulations! You are ready to use the Early Impact Payment Gateway.
